Sports Fans listen up: Thursday Sept 15th is JH SB 8th Grade Night at 4 30, We will honor our 4 graduating players and their parents around 4 20.
It is Regional time, what we play all year for (and you thought it was for the pop and nachos). Our JH BB team is hosting this years affair. We play 4:00 Mon. Sept 19 vs Field. The tournament continues Tue. Sept. 20, Thurs. Sept 22, and a champion will be crowned Mon. Sept 26.
On the SB side AT WOODLAWN, our gals play Tues. Sept.20 on the East Field in Woodlawn at 6:30. That tournament also has games on Thursday Sept. 22, and Friday Sept 23. Best of luck to our guys and dolls that have worked so hard to get where they are now. Go JR. Trojans, and JR. Lady Trojans!

Your very own Jaxon Dalby has been nominated for the Section618.com Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois Player of the week voting! Click the link to vote for Jaxon!
Jaxon was nominated as a player of the week nominee for his his success in two races last week. He was the winner of the West Frankfort Redbird Invite with a time of 16:03 on Thursday, followed by placing 31st out of 641 runners on Saturday at the First to the Finish Invite in Peoria, Illinois. This placing earned him a medal.

For those of you attending our JH BB/SB Thursday vs New Hope, the boys play at Leo French Fields by the cemetery and the girls play at Southwest Park behind police station.

The structural spray on the track is being applied. From here the next step is to seed the entire area and paint the lines!

Peoria FTTF Results:
What a great experience for these Trojans and Lady Trojans! Great races across the board. The trip was capped off by Sophomore Jaxon Dalby coming home with a medal! Freshman Nathaniel Marlow, Brennan Tate, James Gentry and Axtyn Sherlock all had great races as well! The Dalby-Marlow combo makes its case for one of the best young duo's in all of 1A state this season with both being top 5 in the race as sophomore and freshman!
On the girls side, Savanna Hulbert continues her PR streak with a new 3 mile course PR! What a senior season she is having! Alexis Johnson, Chloe King, and Anna Frey all have great races as well, King and Frey after playing and winning their conference game against Red Hill on Friday night for Volleyball!
