School pictures are Friday Sept. 16. Fall sports pictures will be taken that day at 2:30. Those sports include HS Cross Country, Volleyball, and Baseball; JH baseball, softball and cross country. Coaches have been previously notified to be here from my bulk text messaging.
Bluford/Farrington Nation, our JH BB/SB game Sept. 16 vs. Field has been moved back to Field school now so they can have an 8th Grade Night. Remember, we had originally allowed them to have their home game here so they could play on turf cause, well, that's just the kind people we are here in Bluford. Now its back to their yard.

It's a busy day today in BUSD Sports! HS and JH Cross Country head to West Frankfort for a dual meet, HS Baseball plays North Clay at Wayne City, JH Baseball heads to Luka, and HS Volleyball plays a home game against Crab Orchard! The theme for the Volleyball game is "Hawaiian"! Go Trojans and Lady Trojans!
Staying ahead of the game, this is a reminder we have JH SB 8th Grade Night Thursday Sept. 15 vs St. Mary's. Game starts at 4 30 and the ceremony will take place just before first pitch. The JH BB team will not be having an 8th grade night this year not because they are being punished, rather, we have no 8th grade BB players.
Webber Beta Club is sponsoring a blood drive today from 12-5 in the grade school gym. Grade school students who have someone donate in their name will get a free pair of ear buds!! Come out and donate for a great cause!!

Lady Trojans WON 18-11 at the Pink Out game they hosted yesterday against Wayne City. The fan participation was awesome!
Attention Webber Nation Senior Athletes: Our Sr. Banner Pictures will be Wed. Sept 7, 9 :15 in HS Gym EXCEPT for those that will be on the FFA trip. Those pictures will be Thur. Sept 8, 9:15 in HS Gym. Multiple sport athletes can wear whatever team uniform they like and have props from other teams in their picture just like we did last year.
