The Marlow Cardinals 4-H Club recently constructed and donated a lending library to Bluford USD. Today, the 4-H club helped Jeff, our head of maintenance, install it. Please feel free to leave a book you have read and would like to share with others, then look through the selection to find a book that interests you. Thank you Marlow Cardinals 4-H Club for commitment to bettering our school and community!
Spent some time today reading the book “All are Welcome” to most of the elementary grades and then the 8th grade science students surprised me with a name plate made from the 3 D printer. No better way to end a week than with the best students around! #blessedbeyondmeasure

This post is a little late, but thank you to Mt. Vernon Menards for coordinating a school supply drive for us. This is just a small portion of what still remains.
I am hopeful that the wait has finally come to an end. Those pavers are supposed to be fire up and rolling in the morning!
It took three sets, but the JV comes away with a big win over Wayne City. Varsity action is about to get underway.
How cool is this?!? King City Books in Mt. Vernon has a program for students to review books prior to publication. We have several students who have signed up to be "professional" book reviewers! And we get to keep all of the books for our library!
The Science/Robotics Club had their first meeting of the year this afternoon. Thanks to the Jefferson County 4-H chapter for partnering with us for robotics kits!
Junior High baseball and softball games are cancelled for today, Tuesday, Sept. 3. The opposing teams did not have enough players to field a team.
