Bluford Grade School Booster will be having a dance tomorrow night, January 19th for grades 5th-8th. Parent/guardian must walk their child in to the sign in table and come inside for pick up. Please see flyer attached for rules, time and schools invited.
Big Webber Shout out to Raymond Andrews, HS Bowler, for qualifying for HS Bowling Sectionals Saturday Jan. 20, at SI Bowl in Carterville. Raymond was the second individual qualifier bowling a 1264 series for a 211 avg. Webber Nation is very proud of this accomplishment and will be pulling for Raymond. Other Webber bowlers just missing the cut were Gunner Shroyer with a 999 series and Louis Schrum at 950.
Volleyball tryouts for 5th-8th grade will be today from 5:15pm to 7:00pm in the junior high gym.
Child Find and FJSPED Screenings:
JH VB tryouts for tonight have been canceled. Tryouts will resume tomorrow at 5 15 in Jh gym.
JH bowling tryouts will be Monday Jan 22 and Wed 24, 4 30 at Nu Bowl Lanes in Mt. Vernon. Any boy or girls wishing to participate should have a current physical on file with the Bluford Schools nurses office.

Webber students do not need to attend classes tomorrow at RLC. RLC is still open as of now.
Due to potential weather, Bluford Schools will be closed Tuesday, January 16th. This will be the first emergency day used and will be made up at the end of the year. Athletic contests and tryouts scheduled for tomorrow will be determined at a later time.
With colder temperatures this week, please be sure to dress your children appropriately for school. Coats, gloves, sock hats, pants, etc.
Our bus drivers may be a little behind the normal pick up times to allow for bus riders to wait in their homes until the bus arrives.
Our buses and buildings will be warm for our students!

Our Greenhouse structure is now complete! We will be adding electrical and HVAC soon so it will be ready for student use!
We owe our appreciation to Mrs. Schumm, Mr. Dunnaway, and our vocational students that all had a part in this project!

For clarity sake the boys JH regional is at EWING. One team in it, Spring Garden, could not play on Monday which is what caused the change. Hope that helps clear up a few things.
