High School Physical Science class investigated elements, compounds, mixtures, solubility and density this week in class by moving around the room to various stations!
Today 5th grade tried something new! We received goodies from someone in the great state of Hawaii. Students love getting to try new foods and seeing the different aspects of other cultures. Whoever sent us this amazing package, THANK YOU!

As of today 09/26/24, we have 39 of the 50 states!! We have gotten over 115 postcards from so many amazing states! Students have loved seeing the different parts of our beautiful country. Thank you so much for all the support! If you know anyone in these states, please ask if they would be willing to send a postcard to our class. The states we are missing are:

Webber Boys High School Cross Country moves up from 19th to 18th this week after their race at Peoria.
The cross country teams race at Springfield this weekend with a chance to continue the climb against 1A, 2A and 3A competition! Keep rolling boys.

Tonight scheduled JH BB game time is 6:30 yes, BUT if game ahead of ours gets over early ours will start early. Baseball players are to be at our field tonight by 5:15 SHARP, says Coach Hicks.
JH Baseball Regional games tonight have been moved here again due to well, need I REALLY say it? Anywho, we play the 6:30 game. There is a 4:30 game tonight as well. Again we play tonight at 6:30 here on our filed.

On Monday HS Girls Volleyball beat Meridian, congratulations ladies! Boys Baseball @ Dietrich got canceled due to weather.

7th grade has their first unit test tomorrow covering human body systems. Glow Bingo did not disappoint as a review! The students had to know their stuff because this was not regular bingo! I would call out a definition and they had to know the vocabulary that were labeled on their cards. Two students won a homework pass! All the other classes are excited to get their turn.
The Webber HS Sports HOF is now accepting nominations for the Class of 2025. Forms can be picked up at the school or have one sent to you via email. Candidates must have graduated from Webber at least 5 years ago to be eligible.. Boy's Junior High Basketball Tryouts
It is not too late to sign your student up for a dental exam and cleaning by Dental Safari who will be here at school on Thursday, September 26. Dental exams are required for Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, and 9th grade students by May 15, 2025. It easy and generally free. Call Nurse Mary if you have questions.
