This week, 5th graders finished our reading module on “Word Play.” During this module, we read The Phantom Tollbooth. The book is all about playing with words and their meanings. What better way to end the module than by comparing and contrasting the book with the movie! Students enjoyed some wonderful snacks while watching, including “Barrels of Fun” and “Play with Word Cookies.” They are so excited to start our next module!
