Pink Out 2019 at Webber ended with with a varsity victory in two. Way to go Lady Trojans!

Due to a scheduling conflict, Webber Homecoming has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 14, 2019, 7-10 p.m.

Marci Sherwin, a second grade teacher, was awarded an Excellence in Education Grant through the Illinois Retired Teachers Association Foundation (IRTAF). There to present the $375 check was Larry Pearson, a member of the IRTA. Congratulations, Marci!


Today was National School Custodian Day. We appreciate the work our custodians put in on a daily basis, but thought they deserved special recognition today. We are blessed with the best! Thank you Jeff, Sam, and Ethan for all you do!




Cord Hails is Webber’s September student of the month. Cord is active in FFA. He is the Chapter Vice President. Congratulations, Cord!

Grade school pictures have not come in yet. As a result, picture retakes will not be on Friday, October 4 as previously announced. Retakes are not going to be rescheduled until we have received our first set of pictures. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We are proud to announce that BGS is one of 142 Early Childhood programs recognized at the Gold level from the Illinois State Board of Education.




We are currently looking for a Pee Wee (3rd and 4th grade) girls basketball coach. Last year, there was not a team because not enough girls signed up, but eight girls are interested in playing this year, so now we are looking for a parent volunteer. If you are interested, please contact Mrs. Henson at the school.

Mr. Jeff got a new piece of equipment today. This will be a little safer than that 28' extension ladder.
