NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the Board of Education of Bluford Unit School District #318, County of Jefferson, State of Illinois, is accepting bids to supply gasoline fuel for District #318 for the 2026-2027 school year. Quotations should be based on cost per gallon of unleaded gasoline delivered to the schools of District #318. Supplier will supply their own storage tanks. Specifications should include Price per fluid gallon (minus tax), LUST Tax, EI Tax, IL State Motor Fuel Tax, Delivery Charge, and Total Price per Gallon. Bids should indicate whether the pricing is firm or an escalator clause. Bidder needs to provide information for the company bidding, including by not limited to, company name, address, authorized agent, and phone number. Bids should be sealed, clearly marked and submitted to the Board of Education Office by 11:30 a.m., Friday, May 8, 2026. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or parts thereof.
