Reminder: This Thursday is the Back to School Splash at the Aquatic Zoo hosted by the BGS Booster Club from 6:15 - 8:00. Admission is $1 and all students need to be accompanied by an adult.

The Booster Club is hosting a back to school splash at the Aquatic Zoo next Thursday, August 8, beginning at 6:15 p.m. All Bluford Grade School students are invited to attend. Admission is only $1!

Parents: This is a reminder that online registration is still active and can be completed at any time. Also, a reminder that walk in registration is scheduled for tomorrow from 8:30 - 2:30. This will also be completed online with a school device.

Bluford Grade School cross country will begin voluntary conditioning on Monday, August 5 at 6:15 a.m. Please be sure to bring a towel and something to drink.

Junior high baseball tryouts have been postponed to Friday, July 26, from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.

Bluford students and 4H members presented at the BOE meeting last night on their Lending Library project which will be placed at BGS for all to use. Take a book, leave a book!



Junior high softball tryouts will be on Thursday, July 25, and Friday, July 26 at 5:00 p.m.

Did you know that BGS will have a new STEM lab this year. Think of it as a mini interactive children's museum which allows kids to design, create, and build. This was accomplished mostly through grant money. Join us at Bluford!


This message is for any fifth through eighth grade student interested in playing junior high baseball this fall. Coach Hicks will have "open field" next week (July 15 - July 19) Monday - Friday from 5:00 - 6:30.
Tryouts will be on Monday, July 22, and Tuesday, July 23, from 5:00 - 6:30.
Please be reminded that each student must have a physical and proof of medical insurance on file with the school. Physicals are valid for 395 days. Also, as a reminder the Orthopaedic Center is providing sports physicals for our students on Friday, August 2, from 8:30 - 12:00. If you need paperwork, please contact the school.
