1. Public Comments from Stacy Hulbert and Jessica Knight on the potential coop for Girls Basketball and Softball. Ashley Snow spoke on academic courses at the high school.
2. Approved of the Consent Agenda.
3. Superintendent's Report included end of year highlights and data.
4. Principal's and Maintenance Reports were discussed.
5. Informational - FOIA requests were reviewed
6. Approved of FY26 Tentative Amended Budget for display. It is available on the district website.
7. Approved of the Letter of Engagement from FEW CPAs, for the FY26 Audit.
8. Approved Final Reading of Board Policy Updates, March 2026 Press Plus Issue 121, as presented, with the exception of Policy 5:330.
9. Approved Fuel Bid with Synergy for FY27.
10. Approved IGA Cooperative Agreement with Wayne City for HS Girls Basketball and HS Softball for the 2026-2027 school year.
11. Approved the 25-26 Final School Calendar.
12. Approved declaring the Burnham Industrial Boiler System as surplus for removal.
13. Following Executive Session, the Board approved the following:
Accepted letters of resignation from Stephanie Wilson (HS Class Sponsor) and Levi Weathers (HS Class Sponsor and Student Council Sponsor)
Employed: Wayne Stone (District Athletic Director), Ethan Randolph (HS Asst. Boys Basketball Coach), Dylan Best (GS Asst. Boys Basketball Coach and GS Asst. Baseball Coach), Sierra Faivre (GS Cheer Coach)
Rehired the following Spring Coaches for 26/27: Levi Weathers (HS Boys Track), Stephanie Wilson (HS Girls Track), Seirra Forristall (GS Head Track), Doug Wright (GS Asst. Track), Matt Strain (HS Head Baseball), Madalyn Sneed (GS Cheer Volunteer)
