The Bluford Board of Education held its Regular December Board Meeting on December 18th at 5pm. The Board entered into executive session and after convening, the following items were addressed:
Levi Weathers spoke in public comment about the district exploring options for an in-school suspension classroom.
Approved the Consent Agenda
Superintendent's report included updates on final tax installments for 2025 and thanked Mr. McGhee and all involved in preparing and conducting a great Christmas Program.
Approved the 2025 Tax Levies for the Grade School, High School, and Unit. Fund balances were disclosed at the meeting as well as average expenditures to cash reserve ratios.
Approved the final reading of Board Policy updates, from October 2025 Press Plus Update 120, as presented.
Accepted the letter of resignation from Dawn Bedar as Aide and Bus Driver, effective January 1, 2026.
