A Public Hearing was held at 5:45PM in the District Office regarding the FY2025 Amended Budget. Dr. Cross outlined the Amended Budget and fund balances were disclosed.
The Board of Education held its Regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 6pm in the District Office. The following items were discussed and action taken:
1. Seated and administered the Oath of Office to appointed board members Mr. Caleb Talley and Mr. Kevin Withrow.
2. Approval of the Consent Agenda
3. The Superintendent's Report included information on summer building projects as well as thanked the members and participants of the strategic planning process.
Principal's reports were given and the Maintenance report was also discussed.
4. The district received two FOIA requests for staff information that was available on the website (Name, email, school phone number)
5. The following items were considered and approved:

Final Reading of Board Policy Updates, from April 2025 Press Plus Update 118
First Reading of Updates to the Student/Parent Handbook
Approval of the 3-year Strategic Plan
Appointment of Board Members to Committees: Caleb Talley (Frank-Jeff Special Education District Governing Board) and Kevin Withrow (P/T Advisory Committee)
