Congratulations to Gavin Johnson, Hannah DeJarnett, Sunni Belmont, Madalyn Lusby, Adelina Caronongan, and Samantha Schrum. They competed in the WYSE design challenge and retained the traveling trophy for Webber with a first place finish!
Next week begins the annual fundraising for Pennies for Patients sponsored by Beta Club. All money goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in St. Louis. Please help in the fight against cancer!

Gateway FS is donating 4 cents/every gallon sold to Bluford, Mt. Vernon, Woodlawn, & Waltonville high schools starting February 1st from the Belle Rive and Woodlawn fuel stations. Help us spread the word! More fuel sold from these stations equals more money donated to the Bluford FFA!

Webber Trojans finished 4th in the Midland Trail Conference Tournament. Congratulations to Kaiden Taylor for be named to the All-Tournament Team.
As other schools in the area are closing for tomorrow, I wanted to put out a message that as of now, we are still in session tomorrow. I drove many of the district roads this afternoon and found them to be in good enough condition to travel. I will be out early in the morning as well to see if there is any icing over night.
Reminder: Bluford Schools dismiss at 11:30 tomorrow and there is no school on Monday.
Big win for the Lady Trojans tonight in the Elverado Tournament. They defeated Hardin Co 65-41. They will play again Saturday at 12:30 against Elverado.
Webber Trojans advance in the Midland Trail Conference Tournament with a 50-48 win over Wayne City. They will play the 7:30 game Thursday night at Christ Our Rock Lutheran against Odin.
