The grade school and high school libraries also received $400 each for the purchase of books.

Conditions have improved significantly today, so we will be in session tomorrow. Additionally, we were scheduled to have an 11:30 dismissal tomorrow. With the last couple of weeks we have had, we feel kids and parents would be better served with a full day of school. So, we will be in attendance tomorrow from 8:10 - 3:10. February 26, will be the last day of the second term and will be an 11:30 dismissal.
I realized that I failed to share the DECEMBER students of the month!

Conditions have not improved enough to have school tomorrow. School is canceled again for Thursday, February 18. We are hoping to be in session on Friday.
Conditions are still not safe to have school tomorrow. There is no school Wednesday, February 17. That is our fifth and final emergency day on the calendar. As such, any future emergency days will be considered act of god days and not made up. As of now, our last student attendance day is May 27. Also, the end of the second term will be pushed back one week. HS finals will now be Feb. 25 & 26.
School is canceled for Tuesday, February 16.
Reminder: There is no school tomorrow in observance of Presidents Day and Friday is scheduled to be an 11:30 dismissal. As the impending weather develops, we will communicate day to day if school is canceled.
