Thank you to all of our sponsors, volunteers/chaperone’s! We have worked hard to make this Prom as fun and safe as possible. Please follow the entrance guidelines shared previously. Swag bags and keys for cars we parked will be given out as you leave for the evening and are labeled with your name. Let us know if you have any questions!

There will be several door prize drawings throughout the night. At 10:45 p.m. all registered guests will be put back in for the big prize drawing! You must be present to win for all door prizes.

All guests must be accompanied by a Webber High School student. No one will be permitted without a ticket. If the student leaves for the evening, the guest must also leave. Guests must be freshman in high school through age 20.

Don’t forget, Cedarhurst will be crowded since another high school has prom this night as well! Also, please do not park on the grass at Cedarhurst. There will be a couple of old cars on 9th Street you may take pictures with during prom. Other photo area suggestions: Jefferson County Historical Village, Appellate Court House, 9th Street after dark with the lights!

Entering Prom (Attendees):
9th Street between Main and Harrison will be CLOSED for our prom so we can have a red-carpet entrance and take pictures under the lights when it gets dark.
Please take 10th Street north to North Street (by Central Christian Church) and line up on 9th Street.
Several cars at a time will be let in to the shut down block where some volunteers will ask your name and phone number and put a tag on your key ring.
After that, you will pull up to the red carpet and the valet (volunteer dads) will take your car to the parking lot while you are announced on the red carpet and photographed. Then, enter the lobby of the Granada, register and vote for your choice for Queen and King.
A selfie station will be set up in the lobby you can visit any time all evening and you can go into the main hall after you have registered and voted.
Your keys will be kept secure until you leave for the evening. No one will be permitted to go to their cars and come back without a chaperone. If you leave without a chaperone, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
If you are being dropped off, you will follow this same route/process, but obviously, we won’t tag your keys or park the car. Still go through the line and be announced.
No one can enter the building without going on the red carpet.
