
The Kindergarten and 4th Grade made a $1750 donation to Honor Flight of Southern Illinois which is enough to send THREE veterans on the Honor Flight to Washington, DC in May of 2019.

Kindergarten had some collaborative learning time this morning!




Today 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades visited Cedarhurst to see “Smarty Pants and the Mousetrap Machine Show.”

Trojans get the win over Cisne in tournament play at WC. They will play again Saturday at 5:00 pm.





Seventh grade made a chain to symbolize items that "weigh" them down, just like the spirit of Jacob Marley in "A Christmas Carol."



Trojans first night playing in the Wayne City Jr High Holiday Tournament. Hard fought battle, but take a loss to Fairfield in the first round of play. The boys will play again Thursday night at 6:00 pm.

Before reading A Christmas Carol, the seventh grade researched the Victorian Era.





Fifth grade started working on our Christmas crafts today.





Third grade read Balloons Over Broadway and learned about the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. We made our own parade balloons and had a parade around the school.





Fifth grade partnered with Webber’s AG students and 4H to make marshmallow catapults.
