First grade was busy learning right down to the end. Here they were engaged with a team building activity to learn about an assembly line.




Nurse Mary has had a countdown contest for the last few weeks. Today guessing the letter was pretty easy! Of course there has been a prize involved everyday.

This was an awesome experience! Around 400 motorcycles, part of the Run for the Wall, stopped in MTV for lunch. Around 20 students from WHS & BGS helped serve them lunch. After that 150 kids from BGS cheered as they passed on their way to D.C.

The kids had a blast with the school wide kickball tournament yesterday! Congrats to the seventh grade on winning the tournament championship.

Sports physicals for next year will be offered at the school on August 24 for $10. When we get closer, more information will be available, but mark your calendars for now.


4th Grade visits Tri-Country Electric for a live line demonstration. We learned about electricity and line safety!


Work on the runways, sand pits, pole vault pad, and discus cage is underway. The crew has also started on the interior curb. Once the curb is done, the next step is asphalt!





Calling all young Trojans. There are plenty of available spots open for Pre-K next year. See the attached information about how to enroll your 3 or 4 year old. There are still around 18 spots open.
