My name is Jenny Allen, and I am honored to serve as the new principal of Webber High School. As a lifelong resident of Hamilton County, Illinois, I take great pride in joining a school community that values tradition, excellence, and unity.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, education has always been a central part of my life. I began my teaching career in a private school in Belleville and then spent the last 18 years serving in the Hamilton County School District. These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of strong relationships and the importance of providing a supportive learning environment for all students. This year, I’m excited to fulfill a lifelong dream by stepping into a leadership role in administration.

I am a graduate of Rend Lake College, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and McKendree University—each of which helped instill in me a deep respect for lifelong learning and collaboration.

I look forward to working closely with our students, families, staff, and the wider community to ensure a successful and inspiring school year. Together, we will continue to uphold the values and spirit that make our school special.
