Story time

This is where Mrs. Steward reads to us. We love to hear her stories!

Calendar Time

This is where we learn to the months, days of the week, say the pledge of allegiance, count and hear our morning message.

CD player and Student Cubbies

This is our CD player. We love to listen to music and sing songs. We also keep our school supplies in the cubby tubs. Mrs. Steward likes things organized! :)

Coat Area

This is our coat area. We keep our backpacks, lunch boxes and jackets in this area. We also get our mail from our mailboxes above our hooks. Our gym shoes are kept in drawers underneath.

Computers

We have 2 new Dell computers in our room. We like to get on the internet and play fun games!

Explore Tub

This is our "explore" tub. It changes each week. It has circus characters in it this week. Our science equipment is underneath.

TV, CD Player, VCR

This is where we watch movies or videos about what we are studying. We saw a real circus this week.

Math Area

This is the place where all our Math manipulatives are kept. On top of the shelf are caddies for the supplies we need at our tables.

Block Center

We have wooden blocks to play with during centers. We also had circus animals and a circus train to play with in centers this week.

Front Counter

This is our front counter. Our "treasure" box of prizes is here as well as our printer for our computers.

Housekeeping Center

We love our housekeeping center. It has a circus cafe tent over the top. We have a kitchen, table, workbench and tools, dolls and shopping cart. We like to pretend!

Classroom entrance

You enter our classroom through our circus tent entrance. Mrs. Steward will change the entrance for each theme we study.

Class Clowns

Our door is decorated with clown faces. Mrs. Steward put our pictures in the clown face and we decorated the hat and collor. We are all "Class Clowns"!
