Hello! My name is Ashley Snow.  This is my fourth year as a Title I teacher at Bluford Grade School.  The information below will help you to get to know me a little better. 

My Education...

When I was younger, I too attended Bluford Grade School and Webber Township High School.  After high school, I attended Rend Lake College and received both an Associates of Science with a focus on Business and an Associates of Art with an emphasis in Education.  I transferred to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale immediately after graduating from Rend Lake College.  At SIUC I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education in 2005.  Shortly after obtaining my bachelors degree, I attended McKendree College to acquire an endorsement in reading.  I am currently endorsed by the state in reading, mathematics, social studies, language arts, and middle school.  More recently, I completed my Masters degree in Educational Administration at Eastern Illinois University in May 2009.

My Family...

I have been married to Charlie Snow for three years.                   We do not have any children together yet, but we do have two dogs, Ratchet and Oscar.  Ratchet is a four year old Rottweiler and Oscar is a three year old Dachshund.

 

In My Spare Time...

In my spare time I like to spend time with my husband and my two dogs.  I also love to work on home improvement projects and entertain friends.  Some other interests of mine include reading, watching movies, and traveling.
