February 19, 2008 7:00 p.m.
Board President Don Sneed called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Jim Wray, Larry Manning, Travis Cameron, Brad Austin, and Carol Rudofski. Superintendent Scott Porter and Kim McCormick were present.
Motion: Rudofski-“to approve minutes from January 22, 2008.”

Action: Voice Vote: All Yeas: MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Austin-“to approve Treasurer’s Report.”
Second: Cameron
Action: Voice Vote: All Yeas: MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Austin-“to approve February bills and payroll.”
Second: Rudofski
Action: Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Cameron, Austin, Rudofski, Wray, Manning and Sneed. MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Rudofski-“to accept retirement letter with regrets of Violet Mae Spangler effective May 26, 2008.”

IASB Semi annual conference dinner meeting will be held at Mt. Vernon High School on March 6... Attending the dinner will be Travis Cameron, Don Sneed and Larry Manning.
Lawn Mowing was discussed for the coming year. Mr. Porter will see if J & K Lawn will do the mowing for the same price before advertising for bids.
