Board Vice President Carol Rudofski called the regular Board of Education meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. Upon roll call the following members were present: John Maurer, Jim Wray, Larry Manning, Travis Cameron, and Brad Austin. Don Sneed arrived at 7:22. p.m. Superintendent Scott Porter and Kim McCormick were present. Visitors were Nicole Henson, Wendy Penn, John Shields, and Mark Quinn.
Motion: Manning-“to approve March 17, 2008 with corrections.”

Motion: Maurer-“to approve Treasurer’s Report.”

Motion: Austin-“to approve April bills and payroll.”

Superintendent discussed county sales tax update with the board. The Board wishes to pursue the sales tax.

Motion: Maurer-“to approve the destruction of verbatim records of regular board meetings thru October 2006.”
