1.      Call meeting to order.

2.       Review and approve minutes of the March 14, 2011 Meeting

3.  Approve Treasurer’s Report

4.   Review and approve bills and payroll.

5.   Welcome and address visitors The normal practice for persons wanting an audience with the Board of Education is specified in Board Policy 2.230.  A copy of the guidelines is available from the Board Secretary.  Memoranda and other data should be included for the Board’s advance study whenever possible.

6.   Letters and other communications.

7.  Consider the destruction of the verbatium records of the Regular Board Meeting closed sessions through October 2009 and keeping all closed session minutes closed.          

8.  Approve Milk/Bread Advertisement for Bids

             9.  Consider SIJHSAA Sport Expansion Survey

10.  Approve Summer School Dates

11. Approve Student Teacher Agreement with SIU
