2.      Review and approve minutes of the November 17, 2008 Meeting

3.  Approve Treasurer’s Report

4.   Review and approve bills and payroll.

5.   Welcome and address visitors.  (The normal practice for persons wanting an audience with the Board of Education is specified in Board Policy 2.230.  A copy of the guidelines is available from the Board Secretary.  Memoranda and other data should be included for the Board’s advance study whenever possible.)

8.  Approve Application for Waiver of School Code

9.   Presentation of District Audit – Kent Reeves, CPA

10.  Adopt District Tax Levy
