2.      Review and approve minutes of the February 17, 2009 Meeting

3.  Approve Treasurer’s Report

4.   Review and approve bills and payroll.

5.   Welcome and address visitors

      The normal practice for persons wanting an audience with the Board of Education is specified in Board Policy 2.230.  A copy of the guidelines is available from the Board Secretary.  Memoranda and other data should be included for the Board’s advance study whenever possible.

6.   Letters and other communications.

7.   Approve Amended 2008-2009 School Calendar

8.  Executive Session for the following personnel Items…

·         Discussion on personnel needs for 2009-2010

            9.  Discuss and approve Staff Plan for 2009-2010 School Year

            10.  Approve List of Authorized Bank Depositories (Board Policy 4:30)
