1.      Call meeting to order.

2.      Review and approve minutes of the March 16, 2009 Meeting

3.   Certify Election Results and Seating of New Board

4.  Selection of Board Officers

5.  Approve Treasurer’s Report

6.   Review and approve bills and payroll.

7.   Welcome and address visitors

      The normal practice for persons wanting an audience with the Board of Education is specified in Board Policy 2.230.  A copy of the guidelines is available from the Board Secretary.  Memoranda and other data should be included for the Board’s advance study whenever possible.

8.   Letters and other communications

9.  Consider destruction of the verbatim records of the Regular      Board Meeting Closed sessions through October 2008

            10.  Approve Advertising for Milk/Bread Bids

            11. Approve letter of Resignation

12.    Presentation of Summer Maintenance Items for Board Approval

13.    Approve Summer School Dates and Internal Advertisement
